The redesigned dashboard groups agent work into focused sections and adds global search for moving quickly between pages, agents, help, conversations, and knowledge.
Navigate the dashboard
Use the sidebar to switch between the overview, conversations, leads, knowledge, skills, widgets, Playground, appearance, installation, settings, developer tools, and account areas. The agent switcher changes which agent the current page manages.
Use global search
- Press Cmd+K on macOS or Ctrl+K on Windows and Linux. You can also select Search in the dashboard header.
- Enter at least two characters to search full conversation, knowledge-source, and help-article content.
- Choose a page, agent, help article, conversation, or knowledge source from the grouped results.
- Use the arrow keys and Enter to select a result, or Escape to close search.
Mobile dashboard
The dashboard adapts to phone and tablet widths. Use the menu control to open navigation, the search icon to open global search, and back controls inside split views such as Leads.
The native mobile app is in development and is not part of this release.
