Help Center search finds setup guides and feature explanations by title, description, and article content.
Search from the Help Center
- Open the Help Center and select Search help center.
- Enter two or more characters.
- Choose an article. Matching body text may appear as a short snippet.
- Press Cmd+K or Ctrl+K to open search without selecting the field first.
Search from the dashboard
Dashboard global search includes help articles alongside pages, agents, conversations, and knowledge sources. Help results open in a new tab so you do not lose your place.
Search tips
- Use feature names such as “reasoning effort,” “phone,” or “widget variant.”
- Search exact UI labels when you need steps for a control.
- Try a provider or model name to find pricing and capability information.
