Whitelabeling

Whitelabeling

White-label settings replace Chatwith branding in the client dashboard and on custom domains. Branding can now be copied across all agents you own in one save flow.

Configure dashboard branding

  1. Open Settings → White Label for an agent you own.
  1. Add a logo, favicon, brand name, and accent color.
  1. Optionally add a custom subdomain and create the displayed CNAME record pointing to cname.chatwith.tools.
  1. Save changes. If you own more than one agent, choose Only this agent or Apply to all.

What Apply to all copies

  • Custom domain
  • Dashboard logo and favicon
  • Brand name
  • Accent color
💡
Portal IDs, allowed-domain lists, and custom JavaScript stay specific to each agent and are not copied.

Who sees the branding

Guests invited to an agent and users visiting through a custom domain see the white-labeled dashboard. Dashboard branding is separate from the agent widget appearance under Appearance.

Use a custom domain

Create the CNAME record shown in the form, wait for DNS to propagate, and use your domain’s /sign-in URL for client access. Clients must use the custom domain to receive the fully white-labeled sign-in and dashboard experience.

Multiple agents for one client

  1. Assign the same custom domain and dashboard branding to the client’s agents.
  1. Invite the client as a guest to each agent.
  1. Share the custom-domain sign-in URL. After signing in, they can switch among the agents they can access.

Plan availability

Custom domains and white-label dashboard branding require a plan with white-label permissions. Controls remain visible but disabled when the current plan does not include them.
