The Skills marketplace gives your agent access to connected services. Every available OAuth and API-key connector is shown with a curated catalog of useful actions.
Find and connect a skill
- Open Skills.
- Search by app or action, or filter by category.
- Open an app and connect it with OAuth or the requested API key.
- Choose the actions the agent may use, complete required settings, and save.
- Test a realistic request in Playground before allowing visitors to use the action.
Installed and available
Installed skills appear first. The Available list is ordered by popularity and initially shows a smaller selection; use Show all to browse the rest. Search matches app names, descriptions, categories, and MCP-backed connections.
Curated actions
Connecting an app does not expose every operation the provider offers. Chatwith maintains an approved action catalog for support, sales, commerce, communication, scheduling, and productivity workflows. You choose which actions an agent may use.
- Use read actions for lookup workflows such as order status.
- Enable write actions only when the agent must create, update, send, cancel, or refund something.
- Limit provider permissions to the accounts and resources the agent needs.
Usage and safety
Successful calls through MCP-connected apps count toward the agent’s monthly MCP action allowance. Built-in actions, custom REST API actions, and webhooks do not count toward that allowance. Check Account → Usage for the total.
Actions can change external data. Review permissions and test destructive or customer-facing operations carefully.
